Game Name: DotA apem us/ca #53
Your Warcraft III Username: Stefan89
Violator's Warcraft III Username: floom, complete sentinel team, |c00ff0303kido
Violated Rule(s): throwing, afk griefing, refuse to VK
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): mid game till end
Any further thoughts:
floom basically stayed most of the time in base and refused to play and only told us we should ff. He was also banned multiple times for the same behavior so a longer ban should be appropriate.
Sentinel team refused to VK while we started multiple attempts to kick floom and also told in chat that he stay in base.
Rules also say that color change of name is forbidden (Account policy: Even though Blizzard has allowed usage of color and symbols in accounts as of 2017/02, using any accounts with color (black, white, etc.) and/or symbols (and/or a combination of symbols) which are difficult to read (|, spaces, etc.) are subject to ban by ENT's discretion.), so also |c00ff0303kido should be banned as he change his name color to red in game.

you aren't banned for throwing you're banned for attempted throwing

The rule is only about the hard to read names, which is pretty much just black on black and lIlIIIlIlIII-type names.

Banned 1 month (many previous bans for this offence)
Not banning for refusal to vk, his sporadic afk makes it hard for the other team to judge.
