Violated Rule(s): intentional ruin and afk. I didn't save him because I was silenced and also didn't notice fight. Then he types in chat to kick me or he's afk. Then he goes afk, I say I'll report, and then he starts playing with ruining by ultying creeps and also going jungle for 50 min with no team help.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): at 10:46 he writes kick puge or afk
at 11:36 i notice he is afk
Then he comes back a minute later and just griefs. He hides in jungle and ultis only creeps. Never once in a fight. He came back from afk when i threatened him with ban, but he also confirms he is doing griefing/ruining on purpose by writing:

Any further thoughts:
Other team also never voted to kick. They should be punished with ban as well. We tried many times to vk with our whole team voting !yes. They never voted nor communicated.

8:18, says he will afk. starts moving at 9:55.

11:23- Ulti's neutral creeps and still says he won't play if pudge isn't kicked.
12:40- runs back to the base to heal and recharge mana.
13:35- Ulti's neutral creeps again.

Rinse and repeat about five more times.

16:15/18:15/21:20/26:15

Doesn't help his teammates, ignores them and just ulti's creeps. The only time he ever did something useful was 28:40 where he ulti's top tower but by then, the game was lost as the other team had gotten rax.

sky103 should be banned for game-ruining/refusing to help.

All four users (scourge) should be banned for refusing to votekick purple despite numerous tries to do so.

Not only that I was silenced, but I had no freaking idea a fight was going on. I was just trying to escape tower and had no clue a fight was happening at mid where he died.

But yes thank you as well chineseeagle for confirming. egregious behavior by scourge and ruiner in this case. very weird game. never saw a player just go afk because of a random incident.

Agree with above review.
Rasta respawns at 1002 and remains afk at fountain until 1234, at which point he creeps woods and ults creep camps multiple times. Does not push, defend or otherwise engage with team.
sky103 has 19 previous bans for game ruin, 8 in the last year.
sky103 banned 3 months for game ruin, multiple offenses.

4 votekick attempts initiated, well explained to opposing players.
LittleBabyMeow, ogirz, standard_, and TenHoes all failed to vote on all of them and are each banned 2 days for failure to votekick game ruiner.
