And stealing items of bara /destroy my items / destroy his items and courier feed for Apocalyptron
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): I timestamped each time there was a request
Any further thoughts: Third request for Crack today, he really should get ban. What is wrong with dota games nowadays ?

We also had to kick Apocalytron for intentional feeding and throwing the game:

Apocalyptron banned one year for serial game ruining/ban dodging.
5th recent ban for crack: 3 weeks.
