I watched the replay and see no evidence of him ghosting, but that doesn't mean he doesn't have a friend on skype or teamspeak. But I see no reason why they would send 2, etc. I am wanting to have another mod review, as well, but I don't want him unbanned til it's found for sure.

No suspicious behaviour found besides the lvl 2 guess. Not the sends, but the send itself. Guessing dinos for 2 is somewhat normal as you cant send more if you didn't go 2/0 right off the bat.
