Current plan is for channel to be on USEast only so that there's easier communication. Games will be hosted on all realms so you can still join from another realm, but you have to !sign into the game and stuff on the Clan LIHL channel.

I think USEast will be fine. Most players are either on USEast or Europe, with a few USWest and Asia players.

Well, the host bots would be in USEast, unless we make it a Europe thing. Anyway I don't think it's true that most are in Europe.
But the main thing is that; it'd be possible to have some functions able to do through whisper, but then there could be communication problems. Also things like !challenge, where two players get to captain a team by drafting who they want, would be impossible without being in channel.
