Unvouch procedure

As you may have noticed, our vouch system goes through discord bot. Anyone who has access to talk on #lihl-games may sign for a game, regardless of whether their vouch request got approved or not. For that reason, unvouched players now get muted on #lihl-games until their unvouch period expires.

This has to be done manually, and by Discord Staff. If you get unvouched, the unvouch time will be indicated on the unvouch topic. Obviously, we will not be able to re-vouch (unmute) the very minute your ban expires. If your ban has just expired and you wish to play, simply contact Discord Staff and link them to your unvouch topic. They will verify and unmute you. Our Discord Staff is rather active so you shouldn't have to wait too long in such situations.
