Change wait time to swap from 5 to 3 minutes?

Postby Kreutertee » Mon Feb 18, 2019 5:13 pm

Without having done a statistical analysis, I feel like 8 of 10 games we wait 5 min+ for one or even more players to show up, before we can swap. Also, in most games there is plenty of people available to swap and play.

It just starts to annoy me really, cause it always takes forever.

Happy to hear your thoughts, suggestions, insults or death threats.

5 minutes is completely okay, more or less would be a mistake. Its not like those 2 minutes is golden for you :P

And i guess its not about that u have more players to swap because your game just ended, its about that guy who waited that very game to end in discord, typing !sign every couple minutes to keep it alive, but he just went to bathroom in that very moment or such.

5min is sometimes all u need.

Peace!

Well, I guess the people have spoken. 17 participants voting of currently 58 active players, that's roughly 30%. 7 pro, 10 con. Should be enough to determine the general point of view, which I also somewhat expected. Even if we'd go up to 50/50, it's unlikely the rules would be adjusted then, causing too much controversy.

Anyway, was just an idea.

Guess can be archived soon :)
