Glitched LIHL game

We had a glitched LIHL game in which the wrong team was awarded a victory at the end of the game. This is because we swapped team members in lobby. Can you please adjust the flagging of winners to the West team on this game? (If you can do this will it adjust w/l and ELO?)
(note: around lvl 20ish all team members agreed to make sure game is adjusted properly and played to the end)
