As soon as he drops the two observers Eldryan and Izno vote for a draw. So draw gets forced with not all players voting.

Unvouching ofc if nobody gets punished here

What level was it?
Tho, even if it was pre 20, observers shouldn't draw cause it's not their business.

10 sec before lvl 17 starts. They have 0 heals. We are sending 6k lumber and teal is dd

With 10 second before game ends the 2 observers start the vote for draw. Played 2v2 vs eldryan all day and this was his first obs, so obviously he had bad hidden intentions

actually, if observers don't draw no one can draw... and REFEREES should in fact be the first ones, as they are REFEREEING it..

You aren't (acting as) referees, you are observers/spectators.

ELO has been adjusted for this game. Dark_magician -20 elo, all other players +4 elo each.

I do not have time at the moment to look into this further as I have school for the next few hours. I will watch replay when I get back home and discuss with other Mods if any further action will be taken.

Remember though that we ran a poll and the vote was decided that we would use the DC penalty for any DC's. Any possible bans will be handled by the Mods collectively on a case by case basis.

Also, FYI - The observers need to vote !draw in any game or else the draw will not pass.

lol weird. when did this change.

Its only a few days ago I posted about eldryan abusing his observer rights. This is the 2nd time he obs and here we are again.

did you not read anything at all? this isn't abusing (there's a reason why referees can !draw in the 1st place, that's part of the game....) but you completely didn't even look @ the post.

@iightyre yea, it was "report someone suspsicious" for d/c penalty. I saw the last link.

You STARTED the vote with 10 secs left. You are OBSERVER. Its nok like yiu! drawed to fill up. You just again involved urself from the observer position

You already got a warning for involving urself in a send. And here you start a vote when your are not in the game

This debate isn't about rules but about characters.
