Im sry for the dc, i have shitty inet just from where i live, cant rly do something about it. I had gproxy but deleted it again, because i never made it back in the 180 second time that it allows me to reconnect, so i wa sjust wasting everybody elses time. It was stable last weeks, but dced twice last 3 days or so.
Again im sry, i do not have it to disrespect the players here, but for not wasting time.
I f you still think i should get it i will look into it again.
Greetings

@Snowblind

Well, if your normal internet drops, you can always switch to mobile internet, which you can easily do within 3 minutes! (I speak from experience :))
There are just 3 requirements:
  1. Have a mobile data plan.
  2. Have at least UMTS (better LTE) reception with your mobile and enable the wireless hotspot.
  3. The computer you play with has to have a wireless network adapter or should just be a laptop.

When your landline internet drops, just switch to your mobile wifi hotspot, et voilĂ . One wc3 game doesn't create too much traffic and the latency is absolutely fine! (like 100-150ms) I used to do this all the time when I was in uni and had shitty internet. One full game consumed like 10-15mb of traffic.

Enough to finish the current game.

GL :)

@kreutertee is down with insane roaming data charges. Please check with your cell carrier before using your cell as a hot spot. Data = $$$$$

Well, maybe in third world countries like Canada...I pay 15 bucks for 3GB of traffic.

And since I explicitly mentioned all the requirements one should fulfill, the amount of traffic being used (15MB) and also mentioned you have to have a data plan. So not sure why you make such a fuzz. I'm not trying to get anyone into trouble here.... Cause data != $$$
