@epicdeath there is no gproxy anymore correct me if i'm wrong so why some dc pens are -18 or -21?

There is an inbuilt reconnection tool within WC3 connect (gproxy++ its called I believe), regardless thank you for pointing it out and I will double check with the other mods and change it if necessary.

edit: dc penalties for disconnection while using wc3 connect will result in a -18 elo change due to the inbuilt reconnection tool. Ragequits, naturally, will still incur the -21 penalty.
