Added New Skill: Lumber Tycoon
Further rebalance its units
Value no longer matters in order to switch to Mercenary

- Uneven Games:
Gold from Guardian Kills no longer is distributed equal among players but depends on conditions
- Units no longer have a limit. (You can build as many same type units as you want)
Commanders
Mercenary:
Total rebalance of Mercenary Commander Units
Minimum value to switch to Mercenary from 1200 to 800
Now in addition to 50% of recommended value, your leaked creeps need to also give less than 50% gold
Player Units
Plague Spreader
Collision size increased
Flesh Launcher
Collision size increased
Sword Mage
Damage from 120-130 to 160-170
Mana regen from 1 to 2
*Enchant Fire: Bonus Damage from 60 to 400
Defiler:
HP from 790 to 890

MS from 375 to 370

*Inspired: AoE from 600 to 500
