HellHalt Taunt not working

Behavior which is seen in 1 of 3 games for version 5.0.67
1. Champion stops (the other creeps reach the king)
2. Nobody can unlock the champion
3. Error on taunt: "No commander has lost his battle yet !"

Please make Taunt available again although leak was not done because with the current functionality this is a regression.
