Champions/lvl16/Desync

In pr/hp they are really easy, even more easier in pr. I felt like they need to be immune to stuns/debuffs/slow I also feel like they need reduce aggro like how the infernal has
for level 16, was 2v2, we only up attack/reg to 30/35 when we leaked on 12, and rest of the wood we saved for 16, close to or 10k wood each, we've sent on level 16, slaves carried them through it. (imo) that ignore mechanic just op to me, who ever has slaves before 30 most likely wins in hp mode, if the player knows how to play them.

forgot something, Not to sure if peewees are one shooting champs either. just letting you know, rather if they didn't :-p
