Can confirm as a player in this game that child_rapist tk'd hash's merch, also seen other borderline behavior from this player in other lobbies.

After reviewing:
At 5 minutes (replay timer), hash was building his merchant (after asking permission to do so), and gnoll comes and teamkills it
So child_rapist@uswest.battle.net should be banned for teamkilling
