Any further thoughts: Modding needs to be consistent, user should be banned for violating rules. He also went afk for 2 minutes in middle of game. The mod who denied this referenced me during the game. It should not make a difference who submits the request, you need to analyze if a rule was broken and how it was broken, not who is submitting the request.
