Any further thoughts: My teammate (Pudge) in this game, he was middle with the guy who hacked, he suggested to check this guy for map-hacking, because he was suspicious whole game.. I decided to give it a go, started watching replay and i wasnt sure if i am going to find anything since the guy has 1800 ELO, probably that was skill or what so ever, but i was wrong, the time of his hacking and clicking pudge in fog actually shocked me... ( the situation when pudge goes bottom to check the rune, and the guy fog-click him and makes a ping on him) I didn't think that he would hack with 1800 ELO.. Let the BAN-Hammer work.. this is not acceptable for such a player, only god knows how many people he killed and earned elo on them with map-hacking.
