Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): At 8:59, he pings top left with no vision, 8 seconds before SoccerMaster begins building. He ignores all lumber bases he knows of along the way, and deadsets on getting there before the base is finished. He doesn't actually pearl top left until 9:22. Shortly after taking that base, and everyone in it, down, he doesn't go for blue's lumber base, that's right close by, or the fastest route to middle, he goes in the route fastest to euro, even though he has no vision there, and no reason to believe that there is any feed there (10:22 or so). He pearls euro to find blue's base shortly after (10:40).
Any further thoughts:

Re: [ID] 420_Blazer@USEast
About 4 seconds before he pings he has already issued an attack order to the top left (well above blues lumber base, his a-click is slightly lower than his map ping@9:25)
8:55 <420_Blazer> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: -7864.02, Y: 7432.46, flags: 0x0000)
9:25 <420_Blazer> 0x68: Map ping (X: -8341.12, Y: 8722.44)
Blue's walls are about a couple thousand below where he was attacking
2:00 <FaerieDragon> 0x11: Point order: [Wall] (X: -8576.00, Y: 4800.00, flags: 0x0005)
---
Ping on euro may have been 'invalid' but lead to discovery of murloc's fruits.
Ping @7:24 leads to discovery of in construction base.
He tracks the satyr pretty poorly though later in the game though =/
--
Weird that he walks by purple's workers @2:00 and then turns around to nuke them, nothing else for him to really look at at this time besides his hero but idk.
---
based off the few extra games it seems like any actually suspicious activity occurs once hes a minion. While necessarily pinging for a pearl isn't suspicious it only occurs when something is in the region.

You pearled well after you were going above the lumber camp and had pinged the base.

Re: [ID] 420_Blazer@USEast
i cant remember the game perfectly but i do remember that i was attacking a base at euro i believe an there was obviously another player in game which was a dryad who was teehee an once i killed the player who based euro automatically i thought to check top left cause it would make sense to try an base somewhere far from titan as many others might think. so when i pinged before pearling its because i was telling titan or another friendly player to pearl the area to check an see if my accusation was right which evidently it was. i wasnt maphacking i just thought about how i would do it which would most likely to be going top left while the titan is too busy on the other side of the map. not maphacking. just a common game strategy if you would. i dont maphack an have no reason for it an anyone who plays games with me would know it as well cause anyone has their good days and bad days. If i maphacked im pretty sure i would win every game i play as titan which i dont lol you guys are about to ban someone for false information an thats not cool i dont maphack an never have i play the game fair. thats all i got to say whatever you guys want to think after this is on you but i know my truth an stay by it.

That's entirely the wrong game. I was Satyr in the game in question. You weren't sieging and had no reason to be attacking top left before pearling there except because you could see SoccerMaster beginning his base.

Re: [ID] 420_Blazer@USEast
So, I went in and did some checking on his movements.
This is what I found:
10:28 <420_Blazer> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: 9155.50, Y: -1230.30, flags: 0x0000)
10:39 <420_Blazer> 0x11: Point order: <use item 1> (X: 7799.96, Y: -166.46, flags: 0x0044)
which shows his last movement before pearling around euro several seconds later.
I went in and tried to recreate the situation of movement (don't ask about the name):
1:09 <Kaze.kLaN> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: -2702.00, Y: 7466.17, flags: 0x0000)
1:11 <Kaze.kLaN> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: -8098.29, Y: 7096.36, flags: 0x0000)
1:13 <Kaze.kLaN> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: -8796.22, Y: 4805.70, flags: 0x0000)
1:15 <Kaze.kLaN> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: 4951.56, Y: 5.51, flags: 0x0000)
1:17 <Kaze.kLaN> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: -498.97, Y: -508.57, flags: 0x0000)
Those were all the movement commands I made after reaching the place that he was upon his movement. The first move was to the water behind the base that's middle top (not skybase). The second was to where blue's lumber base was in the game in question. The third was to vag and the fourth was to mound.
By comparing the x and y coordinates, the closest that comes to his last command is the third one, the command to move to the base vag. I will upload the replay of my test to ensure I wasn't just making up the data.
I proceeded to check my results: I found out, he immediately targeted euro with his movement ( 1:07 <teehee15> 0x12: Target order: smart (X: 9808.17, Y: -1112.10, flags: 0x0000)). Blue, at that time, was on the way to a base, either vag or euro.
