Your battle.net username: Noob.
Violator's battle.net username: fartsplosion (intentional AFKing), IceToad (refusal to kick), ENTSUCK (MH?)
Game name (if known): [ent] dota sdem us/ca #17
Bot name (for example, ENT15): Ent9
Approximate date/time of game (alternatively, link to a Stats page): Noonish, Dec. 07
Rule player violated: Game Ruining, Game Ruining, MHing.
Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): Afking and refusing to kick at about 24 minutes. I also noticed, watching the replay, that there was a fogclick from Furion on Invoker right at about 27 minutes.
Any further thoughts: I was sort of suspicious about Furion MHing anyway, he GG'd some mines without even attemtpting to spread out treants to find them. Rhasta was being a tool, too, but thats not really ban material.

Re: Multiple Ban Requests
Hmm having issues running this file, it says that it can't recognize the associated map for this, even though its supposed to be the latest dota map.
Re: Multiple Ban Requests
I didn't save it seperately like I usually do when I have a ban request : \. Well thats a shame.

Re: Multiple Ban Requests
I can't review it because I don't have dota downloaded I think. I'll look into it.
