Larsx@useast Refusing to kick

Replay Link: http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 610317.w3g
Game Name: [ENT] DotA arem us/ca #83
Your Warcraft III Username: SUPERFUNKDAWG@USwest
Violator's Warcraft III Username: Larsx
Violated Rule(s): Refusing to kick
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 34:02 - 45:00
Any further thoughts:
At 34:02 is when Potm (DragonV29) first told us he was stuck and couldn't move. He attempted to share control for a little while and tried the -unstuck command.

Athough a bit premature, the first votekick was started at 34:53. Up until then, no solution was found. At 34:55, Potm (dragonv29) asked to be kicked as he couldn't be moved, thus justifying the votekick requiring all to !yes the command (we had no reason to lie, it was a decently close game up til this point). Yoshi !yes'd it as well as CUM. Larsx (tiny) refused to by stating "no" in chat.

Another votekick was started at 37:02 and was yes'd by most including CUM. and t-r-o-y. There was more arguing to which we all replied that he is unable to move and does not want to get banned as it is a glitch and no one's fault. Larsx replies in allied chat:
(37:59 / Allied) Larsx: dont
(38:01 / Allied) Larsx: they just want his gold
(38:02 / Allied) Larsx: and shit

Another votekick was started at 38:10

More were started until he voluntarily left at 45:00, and it's the same story all the way through. I'm requesting a punishment be dealt to Larsx and him only. He fought the entire time to put his team at an unfair advantage for 11+ minutes of the game at a critical point, thus resulting in an undeserved win. All of his teamates at some point !yes'd the vote, but were constantly talked into ignoring it in allied chat by Larsx.

Thank you for your consideration

Larsx is right. Votekick is for rule-violations. If blue, dragonv29, didn't want to get banned by autoban, then it is him who brought this upon you. Blue didn't violate any rule, so why votekick? He has to leave, appeal the ban and get immediate unban if mod is around.
