Any further thoughts: Hello. I will try to describe problem as good as i can. Well, we has got an afk at first minute so we paused the game to kick him or just draw this game. It is normal that the enemy team has big advantage over our team when it's 4vs3. Firstly, we wanted to kick blue (he violated rules by being afk) but purple didnt wanted to. So there we voted to draw it, but the enemy team said "no" in different words, of course. You can check it just by watching txt file. So after first lvl, the creeps came down to the king and gave them big advantage. I think it is violated rule as using utility that gave them unfair advantage, isn't it? Greetings.

The rule you're referring to is Refusal to votekick but honestly he did get votekick on the second attempt. It wasn't too late in the game and not a lot of damage was done. However..
hphgggmmcb@Europe banned 2 days for AFK/Griefing. Was there in the beginning and chose not to build.
