Is he Maphacking? I mean is the 3rd party tool. Or he just hacked the map and made cheats inside of it? @Joeman

He hosts hacked version of the map on ent. I assume he hacked those versions himself and uploaded them to ent. So yes, it's the second option - he hacked the map. Check the replay it's quite visible there.
