5:09 there was no reason to start said votekick, creeps had yet to spawn
7:20 tries to start a vk but there is a time limit on vk
8:53 starts a vk
The raging was not out of hand btw, if you felt it go worse any point you could have used the !ignore. Reading the chatlog the rage was back and forth.

us_eternal will banned a day for using the votekick multiple times when said player was not breaking any of Ent rules
