Any further thoughts:
Just before level 7 he used stomp early so we had no mana to use it for leaks, also healed when red did after we said order and flamed red.
Sent on level 18 when we said we were sending 20, also sent aura on 20 to try and split demons.
He also refused to draw when pink Dc/d, and flamed the team most of the game.
He claimed to have 10+ accounts when we said we intended to report him, and that he had a dynamic IP which would let him play even while banned.
