Re: fail_omg@europe.battle.net
The troll killed it instantly and it didn't do anything. Therefore, ban duration = reduced. Not all guild glitch = same duration.

"The ban durations suggested in this guide are only guidelines. You are not bound to strictly follow them. Some circumstances may require you to apply different variations."
Don't you think that we should be a little more lenient, because it did not alter the game in any way? Besides, if you are to put me on the spot, please use PM next time, or post another topic in ban discussion.

Re: fail_omg@europe.battle.net
Shadow's wording may seem a bit forward @Burn but I think it was more like a friendly reminder which I will also give to yourself. I know sometimes leniency can be shown but it is best to ban 5 day standard anyways (From experience) because remember; They use it for an advantage + my knowledge of the community is that they simply don't learn their lesson (if you look under this players history you will find why I mention that).

True, I didn't notice he had past ban history. I've corrected it back to 5 day ban. I'll check in the future for repeat offenses.
