Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Skip to the 40 minute mark where he buys branches, skip to 33 minute mark in which he flames and verbally says he quits, 43 minute mark, claims he doesn't care about getting banned.
Any further thoughts: Judging by the user's behavior during the entire game, I can only assume that he had no intentions of winning the game. As he admitted himself, he does not care about getting banned. He broke multiple rules and essentially, threw the game for us. I would hope to see him get banned permanently.

Check 8:00-9:10, he's stating that he'll feed and all the while, flaming his teammates.

I am not in this game but you can tell he is up to the same old flaming and feeding. I vote for a perm ban just because he's more than likely to do it again.
