Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer):843 odd juking as he wouldnt run to where i was coming to support blue in mid*couldnt confirm till later fogclicks*,1330grey fog clicking with no wards then proced to gank the odd man out, 22 min axe dust riki didnt look like riki showed himself.
Any further thoughts:best one to look at is 1330ish where u can clearly see no wards an pinging, others just support this as i wouldnt rely on that solely.

ok well i watched replay. there isnt anything he does thats too suspicious of maphacking. there was a few incidents that may have looked suspicious from your angle but they actually set up a lot of wards. as far as westcoast- maphacking im going to deney. however you need 2 adminds/mods to confirm so i will post this under ban discussion for other mods to look at. also note that i ran it thru my fog detector but its buggy so im gonna let another mod run it thru. but as for now. denied.
