Any further thoughts: another note 7:30-7:50 (purple) rad was warned of ban if he didn't destroy his feed kept his structures all over in the lower left of the map. Can purple be banned for not doing this?

Eh, this is just confusing. He TK's your RC without announcement, grudge, or valid reason but also you don't confront him or point him out specifically but just a vague ''yup someone's get a ban''. I can't be certain what his intent was though seeing as titan just teleported so I will just issue a warning.
