No such thing as actual game modifiers. There are no hacks that can actually modify the game itself, only tools and third party systems like maphack and other tools to help enhance the game, but none of them can actually modify and change the game itself. He just had some really lucky crits, he also had 2 battle fury's so he had a nice cleave and damage ratio.

You were lvl 9 while he was lvl 22.

Lvl4 crit would give him 25% crit chance which is very high. Pandaren crit does 200% dmg. He had ac two bfuries phase sny which can obviously kill you in one hit especially since you had no hp item except thread.

The multiple crit happens because of bfury. Bfury carries crit over to multiple targets.
