He tried multiple times to VK but other team refused.

I think that ifackedyemums @ USEast should be banned for both altar glitch and afk/game ruin.
I also think that nicandre @ Europe, vgerik @ Europe, tontweed @ Europe, and Maluthros @ Europe should be banned for refusal to VK despite ampen's repeated attempts to votekick an afk'er.

nicandre@europe, vgerik@europe, tontweed@europe, and Maluthros@europe banned 3 days each for not votekicking an AFKing game ruiner despite multiple warnings and attempts.
