With regards to "overvaluing and no income", that is not bannable - cannot ban someone for being new UNLESS you provide instructions which they refuse to follow.

Additional ban issues:
Bender anti'ed at King in an attempt to possibly steal kills or hide King (no reason to anti there)

I would recommend that realgz @ USEast be banned for not sending with team on 3; solo send on 7 (despite team saying that King should be upped); and anti abuse @ 4:54

I would also like to point out that deciever @ Europe was flaming excessively (can be found from 1 look at chat around 5:00).

RealGz@useast banned 7 days for antistuck abuse and refusal to cooperate.

Bender@uswest has been issued a warning for antistuck abuse since it had no effect on the game. The King would not have been revealed anyway, and no kills were stolen.
