p2run772@asia.battle.net refused to heal but i think he missed because teal didnt healed.

-> wouldnt have had a huge impact on the game anyway after teals fail.

-> No AS abuse as his AS didnt effected teals units.
-> No ban for solo sending as he only did once with a small send on 7 and played in team the rest of the game, dont think a ban is needed for this.

Yes he did AS twice but that had no effect on teals units as far as i can see.

Regardless of if a game was lost, heals should always be used - game isn't over until in legion until you win or you lose is displayed.
