Any further thoughts: played techies, fed all game rather intentionally, planted mines in neutrals to stop our creeps spawning, did not buy items, started vote kicks to remove other players (such as myself) who attempted to vote him out. was a huge troll. was not voted out due to user No-Pride@useast refusing to vote (seperate request submitted as per his actions)

Any further thoughts: constantly harassing and saying he never saw said ruiner negatively effect the game, but would be tping around the map just to kill him in a rather obvious way i.e. he was aware of what was going on, refused to appropriatel deal with the scenario, and instead chose to use it for his own benefit when the game was quite obviously being ruined. harassed other players saying he didnt care whether banned or not, insinuating he understood the rules but had a general neglect for their enforcement. suggested others should be for complaining about him, while not denying this was a bannable offense. this is a player with over 1100 played games who is well aware of the conduct required in these situations, and the protocol that follows.

this is an example, near the end of the game with a techies somewhere around 0-14. blaming people trying to remove the ruiner for him not kicking the ruiner. as i said, he knows the players, he knows the game. this is open and shut.
