Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Freezer was game ruining the entire game. Do not be fooled that he was some sort of noob, on 15 he knew how to send demon and whatnot. He was purposely massing units and not upping his archers to elites early on even after us saying stuff. He was 1/0 for quite a while then finally went 7/1 after arena. On round 14 rather than send with us after us begging he did not and still had 6 total income then solo sent on 15. He also was like 1460 value before he left right before round 17 before saying "(40:43 / All) Freeezer: fu all".

For i.will.value and hufsksh they simply refused to votekick an obvious game ruiner after being asked multiple times and after multiple attempts.


Any further thoughts: This guy was doing more than excessive game ruining, please do not be fooled by his current stats on that account. He was not a noob, he was just a dick.

-> didnt teamsend for 10 (he had about 450 lumber)
-> started to push lumber after 7 (after beeing asked several times)
-> he just massed t2 without upgrade
-> build some units about 6 tower spots in front ofhis others, right at the spawn. Leads his units to split.
-> didnt build after 10 -> 1460 Value at 15
-> I dont think he was just a noob. Even a noob can listen to his team and wouldnt just stop building. Obviously a troll.

-> leaving before 17 was maybe the best thing he did all game


All in all:
-> refusing to cooperate ✔
-> sending alone / no teamsend ✔
-> ruining the game on purpose ✔

Freezer@europe.battle.net should be banned for refusing to cooperate + sending alone/noteamsend + game ruining (not building/the way he builds).

i.will.value@europe.battle.net should be banned for refusing to kick an player who was obviously game ruining.
-> he should read the votekick rules.
hufsksh@asia.battle.net be banned for refusing to kick an player who was obviously game ruining.

Thanks for adding more details, i don't know if you were in the game or not but regardless I appreciate it. There were so many examples of him doing wrong so i only put a few, you added more which is nice.

From what I read and saw, it is possible he is very noob or "new player" to LTD, or maybe he was trying to go a new strategy? but I have to agree with SmeGmaMounTain that he was just trolling and attempting to ruin the game. Also the 2 people you want banned for not votekicking DO NOT have vision of your teams side, so even tho you told them he is game ruining, they could think that you are just trying to kick a new player to win the game. It is 'iffy' either way. I think Freezer@Europe should be banned however for a short period of time - game ruining.

If we handle it like this we could never ever votekick someone for game ruining as only 3 players see what he's doing all the time. they tried to kick him several times explained everything, saw his BO after arena, his leaks every round, and the coplaints of his whole team, him sending alone/not in team ... dont know what you could do more to make someone notice there is a gameruiner. And it was was not that his teamwas excessivly flaming like you often see when someone VK-Abuse, they explained it pretty good and kept (keeping the situation in mind) pretty cool. IMO it cant be more obvious that he was a very toxic player who should be kicked if the team want him to be kicked.

What more do you want them to do besides ask many times to votekick a game ruiner (in this game it was also very obvious). I suggest you read our rules.

freeezer@europe banned 7 days for intentional team kill.

i.will.value@europe banned 2 days for not kicking game ruiner.
