Time of Violation (in-game or replay): All game long since minute 7 or so. He had multicast hack, most probably, 100% chance to multicast. I don't believe he had a single non-multicast through the whole game on an ability that could multicast.
Any further thoughts: I don't want to calculate the odds of about 200 spellcasts all being multicasts, but I am fairly sure it is a hack.
