also, the last 3 times i reported for this incident, the user was banned for it each time respectively. the rules for LTD Mega have not changed since then regarding anti-stuck.

My answer to you is rather simple. You cannot steal something that belongs to no one. Regarding your ''rights'' on those creeps, they are non-existent at the moment. Feel free to post a suggestion if you wish it to be otherwise.
