Any further thoughts: Witchdoctor from beginning he buy 1 blade axe, and mithril hammer and was 0/7 watch his gameplay and items he dies to them diving and the 3 non-voter didnt vote because they afraidthey lose and they feed on him.

It is obvious to me that wd was new. He didnt buy an item until 01:55 and it was blades of attack, and he was checking each shop before deciding. At 04:40 he turns on his health spell even though he was at full health already, and leaves it on until he runs out of mana, is ganked and killed. The first votekick was initiated at o5:50 when he was 0-2. He continued to demonstrate clearly to me that he is new, and was 0-7 before he got his double-kill. His next items bought were mithrail hammer times two, and 3 tp scrolls all at once. Again this shows he is new. According to ENT rules new players can be considered game ruiners but only if they are refusing to learn and cooperate. Not once did you or anyone else ever talk to this guy, you never offered him advice of any kind. And, he was often left to solo in lane against rigwharl and centaur. In addition, you won the game.

I see no evidence for game ruin here, and I dont find fault in those that didnt vote to kick him. I think your actions, however, border on votekick abuse and would caution you to use this tool more judiciously in the future.

@beerlord thanks for the in depth review. It may very well be that panadol simply is new and had no intentions of ruining.

Panadol does seem to have a habit of leaving every game he's played early, in which case autoban will punish him.
