[DOTA] Coldicutt@us.west

Replay Link: Attatched and https://entgaming.net/findstats.php?id=6937337
Game Name: [ent] dota apem us/ca #81
Your Warcraft III Username: Chrono[diox]
Violator's Warcraft III Username: Coldicutt@us.west
Violated Rule(s): Maphack
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Around 1 minute 40 seconds fires a perfect powershot from fog when last known direction of travel was in a complete opposite direction. You can see before she even has any vision of around the corner is moving towards my back cut instead of last known direction of travel, and then the perfect powershot into fog. Also at 32 minutes and 30 seconds I blink away into fog in an unlikely place without him having any reason to guess in the spot he fires another perfect powershot. Around 14 minute marker blue complains about a powershot on him, while it is unlikely and questionable after review it is possible she has impeccable timing, but in combination with the other two incidents it is more likely that she is using Maphack.
Any further thoughts:

The time stamps to check are 04:36, 16:37, and 35:18. All are blind powershot shots. The first one is the most suspicious. On the last one when you blink down it is just after he shoots at you and his arrow curves down to follow you so he can tell where you blinked. But then he powershots you 6 seconds later. He can tell you didnt move into the top lane and back down to your base because creeps are there. But I cant really explain why he would shoot there 6 seconds later, with 2 other sent heros hovering nearby. The 1637 shot is also many seconds after krobelus moves out of his vision, but scourge had wards near the bottom rune so krob was seen moving in that direction.

@BeerLord

What's your conclusion? Do you believe the user map hacks?

@KingG23

No, I believe he had some well thought out lucky blind shots.

Agreed. Many users shoot blind power shots, I know I do, as well as arrows with POTM, Pudge hooks, etc. Anyways, in this replay, I am not convinced of map hack. To ban for map hack, there must be no doubt, and I have some doubts here.

If you run into this user again, please repost future games. Thanks.
