So, at the beginning of the game blues asks polymere to swap morph for jug. Just as time is running out and while blue apparently is typing repick, polymere swaps him, but the swap occurs after the repick into AA takes place. Teal then gives blue a hard time about repicking jugg. Polymere (morph) heads to mid where lanaya has already taken position, then blue (AA) also heads mid stating lets 3 mid, in response to teal "flaming him" for swapping jugg.

Only one votekick was initiated against him, and the reason "mass branches" was communicated in all chat.
One inappropriate votekick against teal was initiated by ayako.

I think yellows vk was general frustration at the shenanigans done by his team mates and had no effect, and should not be considered ban-worthy.
Likewise the failure to votekick doesnt strike me as ban-worthy here since only one attempt was mad
Polymere should be banned for item destruction and game ruin.
