Any further thoughts: I apologize for not finding a specific rule since the page would not load for me, but this individual has lost over 150 games, only winning roughly 40, and I can see why. They would not respond to suggestions / questions that they were paying attention, and due to this it cost us the game.

I could understand if they were new, but having that many games under your belt and performing at the level of a beginner, then on top of that not responding, and then not casting heal when told to? Puts a damper on others who are actually trying.
