Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #37
Your Warcraft III Username: obedince
Violator's Warcraft III Username: evoi
Violated Rule(s): maphack clear one
Time of Violation (in-game or replay):
Replay times 15:50 he farms and in middle of farm without finishing creep he runs and runs and in a way that slark can miss jump he take side walk back no vision whatsoever
17:15 slark tps bot and once again brown backs in middle of creep not only that he takes a tp back to base suddenly once he got near until then he was farming fine .
Any further thoughts: I didnt bother watching replay after 17:15 timer because i think those two admins can tell he maphacks or not

At 15:50 tide was creeping in lane just below second mid tower. On his mini map all were missing. You approach and use lothars, which he could hear, and backed when he did.
At 17:15 tide was near your bottom tower solo creeping. He was 1-4. You were 12-3. His minimap showed all missing. He did tp when one creep was still alive and you were near and invisible, having just tp'd yourself to bottom tower. It could very well have been coincidence and prudent retreating, given the above facts. Also, if he truly had mh he would have seen you tp and not waited until you were right next to him.
These two incidents are not conclusive evidence for map hack.

Re: [DOTA] EVOI @ EAST
if you play view from his position i lothar far away where he cant hear so if he cant hear the sound he cant possibly know that im near to take side step once again if you watch replay on his side you can tell if you can hear the sound or not and i have watched and 0 sound of lothar you can hear from scourage, and at 17:50 i tpd from place where scourage had no vision and tping in middle of creeping and back to base is pretty blatant to me. Admin can check this please , i do appreciate your input @beerlord but both timer seems pretty blatant since no sound hear taking side step, and 2nd time he takes tp to base in middle of creeping thanks . But I'll leave my point at this for now and will let admin decide =]

@Obey
That can be considered as a suspicious play. You need far more evidence such as fogclicks or actions that he did that can confirm he maphacks. For example, Pudge pulling someone in jungle with 0 vision of the target. Another like someone using a spell or dust without them being noticed by other players. Sometimes sound doesn't play a role in it. It could be map awareness or predictions because there are many scenarios where players have been accused of hacking but they don't actually hack. You will need to review the replay again before confirming he maphacks because two events does not constitute it.

I do agree with BeerLord on this one- there isn't conclusive evidence to prove EVOI mhs. If you see more evidence, please don't hesitate to bring it to us.
