Our team go up king for lvl 10, he save and send on lvl 10.
After we send it on lvl 12, and said go send lvl 17.
Meinert send lvl 14. After that we go votekick him, we explain why we wish kick him. But on other west side no one type yes. Our side all say !yes.

Watching the game from the start, it seems like you guys had issues communicating (Apparently everyone wanted to order send calls)

Orange sent at 7 solo, after being told previously they were sending on 8 (11:36 [Allies] bubush: we send lvl 8)
And then sends on 10, nothing was discussed at this point - Honestly looking at what happened with only orange send, he was correct (No plan was discussed when he sent), u guys would have dealt a huge impact on them with the send on 10 (And honestly your team barely leaked to the king).

After this you both ignored him:

... Obviously orange can't see what you're discussing - so not really his fault for not following with your plan, when you ignore and don't inform him.

Conclusion: Orange mistake was sending on 7 instead of 8 as team planned, but doens't look intentional at all, so i woulnd't ban him for this single instance (He even asked to send on both 7 and 8 as well)

I gave suggestions on how we're going to play , the rest of the team has followed and supported it .
orange is done differently than other.Regardless of what has been ignored, he can wait to send the unit when we are sending. At the end, I'm not reported orange players.
I reported the west side players because they are not kicked out of the orange players, No matter for east side all voted.

Well if there's nothing wrong done by orange (as i said in my previous post), then if they voted and kicked him, them/you/whoever voted would be the one(s) banned if he reported - Thats the point.

But i'll leave that to moderator's decision.

Edit: You can see west side refused to kick him cause they saw no reason to accept your kick.

If you think he did not do anything wrong, I will in the future to send units opposite of team.
If any kick me becouse that, I'll report them to unnecessary kick from the game.

bubush, keep the circumstances in mind. As Hyo told you he wasnt able to see your plan, if you dont include him in your plannings then dont be surprised if he dont follow them as he cant know it.

One instacne of solo sending on such an early level is not enough to ban.
