Watched replay , after he died 1 time comes !ff , then he become with stats 1/6 , but he didn't feed or throw game on purpose , he were playing with team. He just went always first in battles because he were tank hero , maybe that is what you don't like.

2. ... and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it... - there was just 1 situation 26.30 this one , he just were watching team fighting ... but that is not enought for ban i think , because his teammates piss him off they did couple of votekicks against him.
3. Do not feed or suicide on purpose which negatively affects the game.
Nothing of this 2 , he got most assist of your team 10 , more bad was pink-balanar with stats 1/9/9.

I think this request should be denied.
