second opinion desired

I want a 2nd mod to check this case. His non-send made us lose the game and 20 elo. Be it Intentional or not, he deserves a hard punishment. No idea what drove into jabb41 to deny this more than obvious rule violation.

I would have placed a warning as well. There was intention to send and he failed. Mistakes happen, we are all human. If i were still a mod, i would agree with Jabba's ruling and would have done the same.

Yea so maybe I just dont heal next game - you know: Mistakes happen. The fuck man there are rules and if they are violated a punishment applies. His absence cost game + 20 elo. How is that fair to us?

Except in the scenario you list, that is a poor choice made on your behalf- a clear intention to not heal. I am aware of rules, having a near two year run as a moderator, and I still would not have banned if his intentions were to play as a team. These things are taken case by case and things are taken into consideration, none more heavily than intent. You think he wasn't unnerved by a lost game? Is gaming all about elo now?

@Psyclone it happens, don't tell me you never missed heal before in 1100+/1200+/lihl. He has a clean ban history and it wasn't intentional plus he has been warned for this case so the next time it happens he will take ban.
