Any further thoughts: He path blocked me while blue was attacking me at about 00:46 ingame. He kept doing it for 3-4 seconds. He also flamed since early game, ignored lane calls and fed, maybe left at game end before throne fell too, not sure about the last one.

Several enemies refused votekick. No idea if they saw him blocking me, but blue definitely saw it and benefited from it, and still didn't vote.

About the votekick , there is lots games 2 peoples going mid and doing this things also , wont going to ban enemy team.
