After reviewing (and after taking a look at different games of the gameruiner you mention, Slinga, which you dind't report - Its clear hes a new player: When people guide/help him, and clearly state what he needs to do, he follows without issues, however when people act toxic towards him, and dont like teaching him properly, things end bad like this game).

He doens't heal on 8, however pink healed without even announcing+ yellow heals near the end:

However yellow didn't build on round 7,8 with more than enough gold, and kept pushing lumber after this moment (he was 7/10 by 15 with 850 value only)

So at most slinga@europe.battle.net should be banned for not healing the king (on 8 when it was his turn), and not building (Id have to say due to the toxicity going on, he failed this game due to it since hes clearly a noob, and therefore i'd refuse to ban him, after watching the entire game)

Considering how you guys were treating yellow, i can understand why the other team had doubts on kicking him + you never really offered any real advice to yellow, so i woulnd't ban the enemy team for not kicking him (Only 1 votekick occurs after arena where they could see yellow value, however no1 voted in this vk and no real reason was given)

Teal helped him, telling him what to do, and he listened to him, so even if you still lost that game, at least people can see the difference when someone helps him and give him advice (You however attempted to vk right at start for no real reason, and flamed him again).

Wow i seldom comment on other people's problem if it doesn't concern me but this is too much.
