On the beginning of round 3 he wasted his RS at the very start - Game ruining. At this time I votekick requested him for game ruin and afterwards the game was Drawed. I request he be banned for excessive flaming, waste RS and game ruin

His reason was that in his opinion you were n00b and so he wanted to save the game. but I checked the chat and he did not really give a reason after he tryed to VK you, and seems that just be4 you dubble RSed even tho you called it...
So everything you point out more or less is there.

Sidenote, I played with him abit after I saw your report on him, and he did not seems to understand that the things he did was wrong in anyway. I told him that there was a report on him, and his reaction was mostly suprise.

He claimed many times that he was pro and said for us to !cfs him.

He deserved the vk at the end for game ruining which made us all want to !draw the game at that point.

Also using rs without saying anything in chat is bad manners especially when I said in chat that I would use mine.

He used his RS out of turn and without warning and flamed a lot afterwards, lastly he game ruined.

I expect him to get a ban for this behavior.

first of all, i am not gonna count the flaming part, because you are the one who actually started flaming him, by calling him a retard. You kept flaming each other after that.

About the rest. Teal calls RS, but blue uses it instead without saying a word, which leads teal to waste his RS.
