It is to my understanding that "refusing to defend/teamplay" is currently not a bannable offense.

I don't see it fit that peaceout should be banned.

There is a fight at 1900 at top tower, lasting more than a minute. Everyone is there, besides you @ruffpuppy
2330 he is right there. You just picked the worse place/time to engage, and there was nothing mortred could do, except die with you.
How was he refusing to defend exactly? What should he do? Dive against 5 people alone?

1 minutes later you rush to 4 people. Mort was on half hp, and was going back to heal. Tried to join you, but was far.

2700 you die alone in their jungle. This starts a chain of events that lead to your top towers/barracks getting destroyed. Mortred had nothing to do. He actually warned you at 1900, that if you keep playing solo ( like you died in their jungle 6 minutes later ), you would lose the game.

This whole report looks to me like a poor attempt to retaliate against mortred, for simply asking you to quit solo playing.

It might not be in the rules as it used to be, but it's still bannable.
It's considered throwing/not cooperating with team.

There is no clear-cut line for it. For example, you can not ban someone because he happened to be far when the enemy team was pushing once.
But if he makes a habbit out of it, well, then it's bannable.
