I have watched the replay and have this review:
It started with a little argument that could have easily been avoided.
Now, the smart comments there were not necessary and didn't help in this situation. I suggest that the next time this happens, try not to stir, as it just aggravates and encourages the other player to rage/flame back even more. It's better to just ignore the rage/flame (!ignore is definitely an option, but obviously something you would leave as a last resort thing), and remain sensible in these situations.
As for red...
At 14:50, he had over 700 lumber. He undoubtedly attempted to team kill. He fake afked, saved lumber and didn't heal king.
Player broke 3 rules:
1) (General) Refusing to play the game in an attempt to ruin it.
2) (Game specific) Refusing to build in attempt to teamkill.
3) (Game specific) Refusing to heal.
I would see it fairthat GiveMeCrits@europe.battle.net suffers the consequence of a 4-7 day ban for breaking 3 rules in one game.
