Any further thoughts: I'm accusing mewtw0 of using a maphack due to some highly suspicious plays, mainly teleport ganks into fog where there were no wards.

I took it out of my time to watch this replay and make a review, even without you posting time stamps. Here are my results:

Multiple suspicious plays, 2 seemingly obvious.

13:08 Very low hp, runs east from bot with oj waiting up ahead. Decides to teleport instead of continue east, quite suspicious but not definite mh

13:44 A little sus. Seemed to follow blue pretty well through forest

15:20 Little war here, he runs downhill with FD but runs back uphill when they b to mid? Kind of strange but not exactly mh.

16:51 He tried this before as maybe he predicted NS would creep, but he goes almost directly to NS without vision. Kinda sus, but not definitely dodgy.

29:41 He teleports into the Sentinel base as purple is running back to fountain. Had no vision of purple but manages to tp ahead of him for the kill. Pretty obvious.

32:20 Again teleports into sentinel base directly in their fountain/items area just to kill oj who was low hp. I wasn't paying 100% attention, as pink does have observer ward placed and could have seen oj walk back. But he did instantly target oj with spells as soon as he got there.

What's he trying to achieve here... (off topic)

36:29 Another tp into sentinel base, directly in front of orange in an attempt to kill him.

39:13 4th teleport into sentinel base, kills NS courier who had just been ordered to transfer items. 2nd failed attempt.

42:00 Notices blue coming in to kill him, but teleports to safety.

I stopped here as this was enough to convince me that he map hacks, despite some time stamps that weren't as sketchy. Also a toxic player, throughout the game I was reading his flame every 2-5 minutes. Oj had him ignored so he was using !slap to get his messages across to him.

Definitely should be banned 1 year for map hack imo, well deserved.

wow! speechless. I haven't watch the replay, but he is a skilled player.
I used to think he hacking for real at my first game vs him but see him warding alots so i thought he wasn't.
his play-style including warding behind towers and also bases and very aggressive ganking.
Hope ur guys review this carefully.
He is one of the active player on bot.

Im not convinced. The tps at 1308 and 42 could be interpreted as seeing someone approaching in fog, but throughout the game he would randomly tp home with half health or lower. At 1308 he was very low health, and at 42 he had just used his toss and stun, and knew sent players were aware of his location via haunt.
The 2941 tp into base to kill purple was not evidence of maphack in my opinion. He loses vision of purple at 2926 when he has 326 health and 160 mana and is last seen moving towards base. The timing was not hard to predict.
The 3220 tp was aided by the presence of a ward he had placed in the base when he tp'd to kill purple. So he had vision of low health silencer returning to base.
I believe the 3913 tp into the sentinel base was to place another ward, and the presence of the courier was random chance.
